App privacy
Updated 19 October 2026. This page describes the Wonderstay Management staff app, used for property operations, cleaning, tasks and time tracking. Accounts are created through an administrator invitation.

Information and purpose
We process your name, email, phone number, profile photo and account identifier for sign-in, collaboration and account administration. Passwords are stored as hashes. Tasks, checklists, photos, videos, messages and working hours are used to plan and document work. Hourly rates, deductions and payout records are used for payroll calculations where enabled.
Location, camera and notifications
With location permission, the app can save your location with an active work timer while the app is open. Your manager can see this location. Tracking stops when the timer is paused or stopped. Camera, microphone and photo library access are used when you add documentation. Push notifications use a device identifier to deliver reminders and task messages. You can change permissions in iOS Settings. Tasks remain accessible without push permission.
Access and service providers
Access depends on your role and assigned properties and tasks. Administrators and managers can access information permitted by their work role. Our hosting and operations providers process data, as do Apple for push notifications and the configured email and SMS providers when those channels are used. The app does not use data for advertising tracking across other companies’ apps and websites.
Retention and your rights
Information is retained for as long as needed for operations, documentation and applicable retention requirements. Work and payroll history may need to be retained after an account is closed. Contact info@bullmade.dk for access, correction, deletion or account closure. We assess which information can be deleted and explain any requirements to retain specific records. You may complain to the Danish Data Protection Agency.
