Support and account access
Contact Wonderstay
For help with sign-in, tasks, time tracking and the app, contact info@wonderstay.dk. Describe the issue and your iPhone model. Never send passwords, guest door codes or other sensitive information.
Invitations and passwords
An administrator invites you to the team. Use the invitation link to choose your password. If you forget it, reset it from the sign-in page. Contact your manager if a property or task is missing from your account.
Account and personal information
Contact Bullmade at info@bullmade.dk to close your account or request access, correction or deletion of personal information. Work and payroll history are assessed separately for documentation and retention requirements.
Connection and notifications
The app needs an internet connection for server operations. If connection fails, check Wi-Fi or mobile data and try again. Check the timer’s status after reconnecting. Enable push in the app’s notification settings and manage permission in iOS Settings.
